What should I do with my career?

I just got my first entry level job at Monarch Industries (www.monarchinc.com), and am going to school for Architecture. I am getting my bachelors in Architectural Engineering this coming March. I could continue work at Monarch and move up in the company. I am a junior draftsman, and people in HR spoke about me possibly moving up to Project Manager for the Architectural Millwork department in the future. This company is great, and I wouldn't mind staying there, but I kind of wanted to get some insight from people in the field.

Since evidently this is your first real full-time job, you like the company, and there are advancement opportunities in the field for which you are degreed, I suggest you stay there, build a working professional relationship with your superiors and coworkers, and build on your future. The longer you stay with one employer, the more positive affect it will have on your credit rating. If your company provides health and life insurance, a retirement package, a 401K, paid vacations and sick leave, you are fortunate. If benefits are not offered, at least stay until you get some experience, and then put out some feelers for a company that would appreciate your knowledge and experience, and would be willing to negotiate pay and benefits.

I agree. I work at Monarch Industries Inc. right now, and they have full benefits and a 401K plan, paid vacations, sick leave life insurance! I'm sticking around!
